I want to share the favorable comments about Mark Harrell and Bad Axe. I also was at his saw sharpening symposium last summer that Steve Herbin mentioned in his comment and came away with a fine appreciation of Mark’s ethic and energy. My Stiletto and Bayonet are fine tools and highly effective. They are nothing less than the gold standard.

Couldn’t agree more. Mark is a treasure trove of saw knowledge. I was up there for his weeklong get together last summer and had a blast. He’s also a heckuva guy.

My current inventory is 5 Bad Axen. The Stiletto and Bayonet are my new go to saws unless I’m cutting something thick.

I had a curve in one of my Bad Axe and Mark showed me exactly how to straighten it and it’s now ingrained in my practice.
