					<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the thoughtful post. I&#039;d like to recommend the book &quot;The Inner Game of Tennis&quot; by Timothy Gallwey, if you haven&#039;t already read it. 

On the surface, it&#039;s a book about the game of tennis ― but what it discusses and teaches is applicable to any and all acquired skills. It&#039;s really a book about the acquirement of skills, and about this state of intuition, or instinct, or flow, where the body knows better than the conscious self what to do, and how to do it.

Parts of your post could almost be extracts directly from the book, which is why I thought I&#039;d comment and recommend it.
